Keepmoat Limited


Develop and coach technical custodians of instrumentation insuring alignment with company policies in relation to the protection and maintenance of the process control domain PCD.
Assist in maintaining/improving the skills-base of Plant Operations and Maintenance Staff by contributing to Operations and maintenance training and assessment programmes.
Provide direct engineering and maintenance support to Project in all aspects of instrument control and automation.
Support Operating Units in the review and optimization of instrumented systems.
Actively train and encourage the development of junior staff to fulfil process and systems engineering roles.
Responsible for the performance of instruments, control systems and emergency shutdown systems including the performance and technical assurance for the operating units.
Provide support regarding all proposed instrument and control system maintenance activities and changes to ensure that approved changes are implemented in a safe and timely manner.
Monitor, troubleshoot and tune all regulatory and advanced process control systems on site.
Investigate and develop a control system improvement program to look at irradiating as found faults and issues, produce a structured business proposal in relation to the system obsolescence concern.
To further support and ensure that control system documentation is in-place and maintained, and that the format is user-friendly, and readily available for all active control schemes.
